The goal here is to sift through all of the misguided information together, from our current system of ideals we've all been fed over the years. I hope to help you recognize truth in your journey to better health, grow in your knowledge and understanding in what living a balanced life is and actually live a fulfilled life.
I've made it my mission to lead others to complete health and well-being based on truth for whoever is seeking it. Sometimes hearing the truth can be a sweet aroma that we take in and absorb it with joy. Other times, truth can be a foul stench we want to run from. Here, you will find truth and I hope you can be honest with yourself and evaluate where you might have been avoiding truth for deception and a quick fix.
Fitness looks different for everyone. We all come in different shapes, sizes and ages. It's not a one size fits all approach. We'll dig into what fitness actually is and how we can embrace and enjoy fitness in our lives rather than run from it.
We'll discuss and revisit what healthy eating habits are and what they are not. This might come as a surprise, maybe not, but most of what you hear and see in our current media and socials is so far from the truth when it comes to caring for our bodies and how we fuel ourselves.
Diet has become a four letter word that has been so improperly used throughout our time, specifically in recent history.
We will explore balanced recipes that steward our bodies and give us the nutrition that is necessary for our bodies to thrive.
